ASSIGNMENT OF GRANTOR, TRUSTEE AND BENEFICIARY

By participating in tinyDeposit.com, all; participants, members, clients and payers, agree that the Digital Deposit Certificate Corporation (DDC Corp.) will act as TRUSTEE on their (participants, members, clients and payers) behalf in all transactions. In the same transaction pertaining to the participants, members, clients and payers, Invest Assurance LLC will act as GRANTOR on behalf such participants, members, clients and payers for transactions related to these participants, members, clients and payers. For the same transaction, the participants, members, clients and payers, will nominate the BENEFICIARY for each transaction, which will be the BENEFICIARY which GRANTOR (Invest Assurance LLC) will assign into TRUSTEESHIP of the Digital Deposit Certificate Corporation, which will provide a corresponding DDC Corp Certificate that will indicate the assigned BENEFICIARY and TRUSTEE as assigned by GRANTOR, and captured in an IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT (the Trust Agreement). The Trust Agreement will be securely stored at the offices of both the Digital Deposit Certificate Corporation and Invest Assurance LLC. This is the full agreement. All participants, members, clients and payers, are subject to this arrangement and no other arrangement on behalf of participants, members, clients and payers, will be entered into.

EXCLUSIVITY

The exclusivity period shall begin on the date of this Partner-Member enrollment and payment, and will conclude after a period of 10 years. During the exclusivity period, the Limited Partner 1, Partner-Member agrees to purchase the property listed in this agreement from the Invest Assurance LLC and Digital Deposit Certificate Corp and no other vendors during the term of this exclusivity agreement. Furthermore, violation of this agreement will result in forfeiture of all property held in trust on behalf of Partner-Member. The Partner-Member agrees to purchase the product with consideration to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement for the entire agreement term.

It is required that 30 days notice is provided in writing to out mail@tinyDeposit.com. The return digital asset cash value will be at the market price to be dated to the date of written notification sent by Beneficiary to return funds.  The exact amount will be at the full, exclusive and complete discretion of the Trustee.

FEES, COMMISSIONS, COSTS

The costs, fees, commissions and charges for work done by the TRUSTEE will appear on the back of each issued DDC Corp Certificate (which may be changed, amended or edited from time to time), and participants, members, clients and payers, agree to these terms as shown on their DDC Corp issued and signed Certificate. Other charges may be charged based on services and miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities undertaken on behalf of participants, members, clients and payers, for efforts on behalf of their BENEFICIARY. These costs, commissions and costs may be amended from time to time and will always be provided in writing to each participant, member, client and payer, in advance of invoicing for relevant services and tasks executed by TRUSTEE and/or GRANTOR. (see example of costs, commissions and fees below). All participants, members, clients and payers, agree to these fees, commissions and costs as will be charged by DDC Corp and/or Invest Assurance LLC or any of its agents, representatives and officers. Where applicable and mutually understood by participants, members, clients and payers, and their affiliates, Beneficiaries will only be eligible to receive payment for principal plus 25% for amounts, loans and debts assured for repayment by Digital Deposit Certificate Corporation (e.g. for products like Student Loan Repayments, based on principal amount declared and captured in writing at the beginning of each transaction. No other royalties, interest, payment reward and/or other payments will be due to participants, members, clients and payers, and the affiliates. The balance of all additional and extraneous income, over and above the guaranteed and assured amount,  will accrue to the Digital Deposit Certificate Corporation and Invest Assurance LLC for providing services, guarantees, custody and trusteeship services of digital assets over an extended period of time.
